  • Gillian Savage runs training workshops in visitor research methods for staff of cultural venues. She co-authored the Practical Guide to Natural and Cultural Heritage Interpretation.

    Gillian has co-authored two publications about museum audiences: Energised, Engaged and Everywhere: Older Australians and Museums (2002) and Knowledge Quest: Australian Families Visit Museums (2004).
